From an early advertising career age, I’ve been inspired by those big ad photography campaigns. I wanted not only to conceive the ideas as a copywriter, but travel the world on the production adventures. What I quickly learned was copywriters seldom got to go on those adventures, and I was forever envious of the art directors who did. It wasn’t too many years before I could take these injustices no longer and decided to became a commercial photographer. I’ve since been fortunate to travel the world and shoot for clients ranging from The Oakland A’s to Zale’s Jewelers. My images tell stories with a mix of environmental portraiture and landscapes, both sparse and graphic. Many have been featured in Communication Arts, Photo District News (PDN), Luerzer's Archive, AtEdge and other high-profile industry sources.
